ROB ROCK Guitarist To Appear On TIWANAKU Debut

ROB ROCK axeman Rick Renstrom will be recording guitar solos for the debut CD from TIWANAKU, the new band featuring former CRIMSON GLORY/SEVEN WITCHES vocalist Wade Black, ex-NOCTURNUS bassist Emo Mowery and ICED EARTH/ex-DEATH drummer Richard Christy. The as-yet-untitled effort is tentatively set to surface before the end of the year through Season Of Mist Records.

As previously reported, Black, Renstrom, Christy, and ROB ROCK bassist Stephen Elder recently joined forces in a new band called LEASH LAW. The group, whose musical style is being described in an official press release as "true metal unlike ever heard in this century," have posted two demo cuts for listening in Real Audio format at this location. The songs available for preview are "Fight" and "Martial Law".

Rick Renstrom's solo album, "Until the Bitter End", also features Wade, Steve, and Richard in the song "Towers of Babylon". "Until the Bitter End" will receive a European release on June 9 through Mascot Records.
